3 <br />The playground azea for the Head Start and Day Caze children does not meet <br />specifications. The existing playground equipment was taken away about two years ago <br />because. it did not meet specification. At the time Orange County said that they was going <br />to replace it with new equipment that meet specifications. The children only have swings <br />to play on. Nothing has been done to date. <br />7. The building needs old windows replaced with new energy efficient ones. <br />8. The entire building could use a new lighting system such as florescent lights. <br />9. The kitchen needs a face lift. Repairs should be done to bring it up to date. <br />10. Each room needs additional outlets. <br />
