The building should have a proper water system The water is not fit for drinking. <br />2. The building needs central air and a regulated heating system <br />3. We need outside lighting in the pazking lot facing the ball field. The lighting from the ball <br />field does not extend faz enough to reach across the parking lot. <br />4. The playground area for the Head Start and Day Care children does not meet <br />specifications. The existing playground equipment was taken away about two years ago <br />because it did not meet specification. At the time Orange County said that they was going <br />to replace it with new equipment that meet specification. The children only have swings <br />to play on. Nothing has been done to date! <br />S. There need to be a canopy at the side door facing the pazking lot. This entrance is used by <br />the senior citizens, head start children, staff and other visitors. When it rain the water <br />pours off the building at the door and you can get very wet before entering the <br />budding. <br />6. We also need a handicap ramp at the side entrance facing the ball field. As it stands this <br />side is not handicap accessible. <br />
