However, I have not represented State Employees' Credit Union in <br />their acquisition of the referenced site. <br />The purpose of this correspondence is to provide you with my professional opinion <br />regarding the impact of the proposed facility on the area. The State Employees' Credit <br />Union will, at minimum, maintain the area and I have no doubt that it would significantly <br />enhance the ambiance and values of adjacent and area properties.
