ARTICLE 7 - SPECIFIC STANDARDS FOR EVALUATION/PLANNED DEVELOPMENTS (Continued ance-Reouiremen Article 4.2 identifies the criteria which will normally be used to determine the application of a zoning district designation. The applicant has applied for a Planned Development - Economic Development designation. The criteria for the Economic Development district are set forth in Article 4.2.19 and are as follows: a) The district is located adjacent to a Federal Interstate Highway or a major arterial road. b) The district is located outside of the Chapel Hill - Carrboro Rural Buffer area as designated in the adopted Comprehensive Plan. c) The district shall not be located within the critical area of a designated water supply watershed.
