Adequate lighting and proper circulation will allow for <br />the safety and general welfare of the public to be maintained. There will be sufficient parking <br />and handicap spaces provided to allow the disabled to bank as well. <br />Enhancement of the value of contiguous property will be made available as growth continues <br />in the economic development district.
