~~ - <br />Commissioner Hartwell to approve the extension of time for listing' <br />property through February 6, 1987. <br />VOTE: UNANIMOUS. <br />G. ITEMS FOR DECISION <br />1. FUNDING SCHEDULE FOR SCHOOLS FACILITY NEEDS (See permanent <br />agenda file for copies of both documents) <br />Changes were made to the "Comment" portion of the document. <br />Motion was made by Commissioner Willhoit, seconded by <br />Commissioner Hartwell to adopt the funding schedule for school facility <br />needs which incorporates provisions worked out at the January 27, 1987 <br />Special Meeting and to authorize the Chair to sign both documents. <br />VOTE: UNANIMOUS. <br />2. NOTICE OF PUBLI_C_HEAR_ING - FEBRUARY 23, 1987 <br />Marvin Collins made the presentation. He noted that the public <br />hearing notice will be changed to include those requests made by Bob <br />Morgan and that #3 will be deleted. <br />Mota.on was made by Commissioner Carey, seconded by Commissioner <br />Hartwell to approve the Notice of Public Hearing for February 23, 1987 as <br />amended and to include the logo as suggested. <br />VOTE: UNANIMOUS. <br />3. TAX REFUNDS RE UEST <br />Tax Supervisor Kerma.t Lloyd presented nine (9) requests for tax <br />refunds and recommended approval. <br />Motion was made by Commissioner Willhoit, seconded by <br />Commissioner Carey to approve the Tax Supervisor's recommendation. <br />Harriet B.
