ITEMS FOR DECISION - CONSENT AGENDA <br />The County Manager recommended the following action by the Board: <br />1. SOUTHERN RAILWAY ENCROACHMENT AGREEMENT <br />To adopt the resolution and approve the encroachment agreement <br />with Southern Railway System for the Efland Sewer Project. The resolution <br />is stated below: <br />IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED that Orange County contract with Southern <br />Railway Company for the purpose of obtaining the right to use right of way <br />owned or controlled by Southern Railway Company. for the- purpose of <br />constructing and operating a County owned sanitary sewer system in the <br />Efland area of Orange County. The terms and conditions of this contract <br />are as provided in the copy of the contract attached and made apart of <br />this resolution. <br />It is further resolved that the Chair of the Board is hereby <br />authorized to execute the contract referenced above on behalf of Orange <br />County and the Clerk to the Board is authorized to attest the Chair's <br />signature and attach the Orange County Seal. <br />2. ..TRANSPORTATION DRIVER PROVISION AGREEMENT WITH OPC MENTAL HEALTH <br />To approve the Transportation Driver Provision Agreement <br />-with OPC-Mental Health Center and authorize the Chair to <br />sign at no cost to the County. <br />3.
