FINDINGS OF THE ORANGE COUNTY PLANNING BOARD <br />PERTAINING TO <br />APPLICATION: PD -1 -98 CAROLINA FRIENDS SCHOOL <br />(MODIFICATION OF PD -1 -97) <br />The Special Use Permit for Carolina Friends School was approved in 1990 and modified in 1992, 1996 and 1997.
