15 <br />7. The development shall be built and operated according to the site plan and <br />attachments supplied by the developer and in compliance with the above <br />conditions. Construction must start and proceed at a reasonable rate within <br />twelve (12) months of May b, 1998. If no construction has started within twelve <br />months, the permit shall become null and of no effect. <br />8. If any of the conditions of the Special Use Permit or modifications to it is held <br />invalid, the Special Use Permit shall become null and void. <br />9. Landscaping of parking areas shall meet or exceed the standards of Article 12.4 <br />of the Zoning Ordinance. <br />10. If a system for wastewater reclamation and reuse is to be implemented, submit <br />plans and specifications to Orange County simultaneous with application to the <br />NC Department of Environment, Health and Natural Resources. The proposal <br />will be subject to review by the County Engineer. Prior to construction of the <br />system, submit a copy of the approved permit from the Division of Water <br />Quality. Created wetlands and irrigation lines shall be shown on the site plan. <br />5 <br />
