TEAM RESUME <br />diversify the membership. Lewis Womack, the Chief and current representative of the <br />Team, brings with him 19 years of diving experience, including 8 years of military search <br />and recovery expertise. As well, there are currently 14 firemen on the Team. There are <br />7 members who are at least EMT certified, and several others who are First Responders. <br />Five members, including chief Womack and Board of Directors President, Scott Pharr, are <br />Orange County Rescue personnel. There is also currently one police officer on the Team. <br />Every member of the Team is a PADI or NALTI certified diver with a minimum of <br />two years diving experience. There are also two civilians on the Dive Team, each of <br />whom has 3 years of rescue diving experience. Each member is also responsible for a <br />minimum of 200 hours of resuce training per year in order to maintain his or her <br />continuing membership on the Team. <br />
