TEAM RESUME <br />I <br />Orange County Underwater Search and Recovery Team, Inc. <br />Orange County, NC <br />Established in 1997 by the State of North Carolina, the mission of OCUSART, <br />Inc., is to provide a comprehensive search and recovery service to the citizens of Orange <br />County, NC., and all surrounding areas. OCUSART will represent Orange County with <br />the caring attitude set forth by its members that are committed to advancing its leadership <br />through quality, service, and innovation. <br />OCUSART pledges to foster an environment that promotes integrity and initiative <br />and personal development among the team members and will stress cooperation with other <br />emergency agencies. We are proud to represent Orange County with our services and are <br />committed to maintaining our position through the process of continuous improvement. <br />The philosophy of OCUSART will be to pledge its resources to maintain the most <br />advanced and efficient search and recovery techniques available and will train its members <br />in providing the highest caliber expertise that is fit for Orange County, and surrounding <br />counties, when help is needed. <br />All team members will be encouraged to broaden their skills to facilitate an <br />immediate end and a decisive conclusion to an incident with their combined knowledge in <br />their respective areas. In this way, we will be able to react quickly and competently to any <br />emergency needs without harm to our members or the to victims or objects that fall prey <br />to water. <br />As a single entity, the Dive Team is composed of agroup of both men and women <br />who each bring with them unique and effective skills that strengthen the Team and - <br />
