9 <br />Efland Cheeks Community School Park Project <br />Capital Project Ordinance <br />Project Number 61 -660 <br />Be it ordained by the Orange County Board of County Commissioners that pursuant to Section 13.2 of <br />Chapter 159 of the General Statutes of North Carolina, the following capital project is hereby adopted. <br />Section 1. The project authorized is the design and development of a community park within the <br />Efland- Cheeks township. This project will be financed with proceeds from the County's <br />portion of the one half cent sales taxes, subdivision payment -in -lieu funds, and proceeds <br />from the 1997 bond referendum. <br />Section 2. The officers of the County are hereby directed to proceed with the project within the <br />budget contained herein. <br />Section 3. The following revenue is anticipated to complete this project: <br />Transfer fro n Carajty Capital Reseyw Fund (1991 -92) $16,250 <br />Transfer from Garral Funi (1996 -97) $12,000 <br />Transfer frcvn Subdizisicn Payirent in L im (1996 -97) $10,000 <br />Tatal Transfers from Odxr Ft# ds $38,250 <br />Dewtians (United Vases cf E)Zv4 $1,000 <br />1997 Ba%iPraaxls $62,520 <br />Total Revenue $101,770 <br />Section 4. The following amount is appropriated for this project: <br />Pl=nand DaignFes $80,670 <br />Lard and AssaW&Fes $5,000 <br />Castnizim $16,100 <br />Total Appropnatio ns $101,770 <br />Section 5. This ordinance supersedes all previous Efland- Cheeks Community Park Capital Project <br />Ordinances. <br />Section 6.
