CERTIFICATION <br />I herewith certify that: <br />1. I am an attorney licensed to practice law in North Carolina; <br />2. I mailed copies of the resolution of intent to close Westcott Court and Brampton Place <br />adopted by the Commissioners on March 17, 1998 to the owners of the property adjoining the roads as <br />revealed by the Orange County Tax records registered mail return receipt requested. The property <br />owners received the copies of the resolution as evidenced by the attached return receipts. <br />3. I caused two copies of the resolution to be posted on Westcott Court and two copies of the <br />resolution to be posted on Brampton Place on March 20, 1998. <br />This the 27th day of March 1998. <br />David M.
