The Board also discussed local and statewide initiatives that it would consider <br />supporting or commending to the Orange County legislative delegation. <br />The County Attorney has prepared the attached documents which would establish notice of a public <br />hearing on May 6, 1998 at 7:30pm at the F. Gordon Battle Courtroom in Hillsborough and which <br />lay out the legislative agenda to be considered by the Board at that time. <br />RECOMMENDATION(S): The Manager recommends that the Board discuss the legislative <br />issues identified in the draft resolution prepared by the County Attorney and set the public hearing <br />for 7:30pm on May 6, 1998. <br />
