Blythe, Clerk <br />MINUTES <br />ORANGE COUNTY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS <br />EXECUTIVE SESSION <br />JANUARY 12, ].987 <br />The Orange County Board of Commissioners met in Executive <br />Session on January 12, 1987 at 4:00 p.m. in the Board of <br />Commissioners' Room, Orange County Courthouse, Hillsborough, North <br />Carolina for the purpose of discussing personnel matters. <br />BOARD MEMBERS PRESENT: Chair Shirley E. Marshall and <br />Commissioners Stephen Halkiotis and John Hartwell. <br />OTHERS PRESENT; County Manager Kenneth R. Thompson and County <br />Attorney Geoffrey Gledhill. <br />Motion was made and seconded to go into Executive Session. <br />VOTE: UNANIMOUS. <br />After emerging from Executive Session, motion was made by <br />~~`~=.~ Commissioner Hartwell and seconded by Commissioner Halkiotis to <br />adjourn at 6;22 p.m. The next regular meeting of the Board is <br />scheduled for Tuesday, January 20, 1987 at 7:30 p.m, in the Courtroom <br />of the old Post Office, Chapel Hill, North Carolina. <br />Shirley E.
