322 <br />place a moratorium on the enforcement of Section IV-B-8-c-1. of the <br />Subdivision Regulations until a study is completed by the Planning Board <br />of the standards contained therein. Section IV-B-8 establishes landscape <br />and buffer requirements for new subdivisions. ~~- <br />Motion was made by Commissioner Willhoit, seconded by <br />Commissioner Carey to approve a moratorium on Section IV-B--8-c-1 of the, <br />Subdivision Regulations pending further study of the standards and a <br />recommendation of the Planning Board. <br />VOTE: UNANIMOUS. <br />7. WATER CONSERVATION ORDINANCE <br />Commissioner Willhoit suggested that the Board Chair and County <br />staff coordinate with OWASA to .determine how to manage water resources <br />upon recovering from a drought. He noted that OWASA requested from the <br />Town of Hillsborough a delay in the deadline for getting the pump station <br />installed until December 15 and suggested that the County approve a delay <br />in that installation until mid January but that OWASA be encouraged to <br />proceed with the installation o.f the pump. <br />The present water situation was discussed. It was agreed that <br />specific recommendations to address the present situation would be <br />presented at the December 16, 1986 meeting. <br />By consensus the Board agreed to support the delay as requested <br />by OWASA for installation of the pump station by 30 days. <br />K. EXECUTIVE SESSION <br />Motion was made by Commissioner Willhoit, seconded by Commissioner <br />Carey to adjourn into Executive Session for the purpose of discussing <br />legal matters. <br />VOTE: UNANIMOUS. <br />1 <br />L.
