The Board desires to consider these petitions as part of a <br />long -term policy. <br />Funding Alternatives <br />Possible alternatives for funding assessment projects are outlined below. Potential advantages and <br />disadvantages are indicated by plus ( +) and minus ( -) signs respectively. <br />I.
