~5 Premises. Repairs, painting, material moving and other similar work that may be dose to the Leased Premises by or for Lessee shall be per- formed by any workmen employed, designated or approved by the Lessor. 12. The Lessor reserves the right at all times to exclude bootblacks, news- boys (Loiterers), vendors, solicitors and peddlers from the building, and to require registration, satisfactory identification and creden- tials from all persona seeking access to anq part of the building, at times other than during ordinary business hours. The Lessor will exer- cise its best judgement in the execution of such control but shall not be held Liable for the granting or refusal of such access. 13.
