1'~ <br />or Lessee and Lessor shall thereupon be released from all IiabiLity for the <br />return of the security. This provision shall apply to every transfer or <br />assignment of the security to a new Lessor. Lessee shall have no legal <br />power to assign or encumber the security herein described. <br />28. Exculpation. At the commencement of this Lease, Tenant agrees that <br />it shall look solely to the estate and property of Laadlord in the land and <br />buildings comprising the ~hg~pim~cg~~___ of which the demised premises <br />are a part, for collection of any judgement (or other judicial process), <br />requiring the pagment of money by Landlord in the event of any default or <br />breach by Landlord with respect to any of the terms, covenants and condi- <br />tions of this Lease to be observed and/or performed by Landlord. No other <br />property or assets of Landlord shall be subject to levy, execution, or <br />other procedure for the satisfaction of Tenant's remedies, and there shall <br />be absolutely no personal liability on the part of any individual members of <br />Landlord or its successors, whether general partners, limited partners or <br />otherwise.
