16 <br />County Tax Supervisor and Orange County Planning and Inspections Department as required by <br />the applicable law. <br />Section 3. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed <br />to the extent of such conflict. <br />Section 4. Any part of this ordinance determined by a court of competent jurisdiction to <br />be in violation of any law or constitutional provision shall be deemed severable and shall not <br />affect the validity of the remainder. <br />Section 5. That this ordinance shall become effective immediately upon its adoption. <br />Upon motion of Commissioner , seconded by Commissioner , <br />the foregoing ordinance was adopted this the day of , 1998. <br />I, Beverly A.
