Let me urge you <br />to set aside some time to read through the booklet. It will help <br />answer your questions concerning the responsibilities of the <br />Project Coordinator. The booklet also provides information on <br />contracts and a sample reimbursement letter. If you have further <br />questions about the administration of grant funds, please call <br />Ms. Edmisten at the number listed above. <br />I finally enclose the Equal Opportunity Poster and a Primary Tier <br />Debarment Form. Kindly return the completed poster receipt form <br />and debarment form by April 30 also. <br />After all initial documents have been received, the HPO staff <br />specialist assigned to your project will contact you about <br />project initiation, including the open selection of a qualified <br />consultant, and preparation of a Project Description and _ <br />Contract. Parties to the contract will include you, as Grantee; <br />the Division of Archives and History; and the consultant. <br />Attachments to the description /contract will specify the services <br />and goods provided by each party and standards to be followed. No <br />reimbursement from grant funds will be available until the final <br />contract has been executed. <br />Thank you for participating in the North Carolina historic <br />preservation program.
