FIRE DISTRICT BOUNDARY CHANGE <br />Decision was made above in item D-6. <br />3. SUNSET RIDGE - PRELIMINARY PLAN <br />The Preliminary Plan for Sunset Ridge Subdivision was presented <br />for consideration of approval. The property is located in Cheeks <br />Township along the south side of West Lebanon Road (SR 1306) between <br />Mill Creek Road and Doe Run Road. Fourteen lots are proposed out of <br />14.76 acres. The property is zoned Rural Residential and is designated <br />Rural Residential in the Land Use Plan. The Planning Staff recommends <br />approval of the Preliminary Plan subject to the lot lines being shifted <br />to obtain the minimum road frontage required for lot #3. The Planning <br />Board recommended approval subject to the Planning Staff recommendation <br />and the condition that all lots get access from Sundown Drive. <br />Motion was made by Commissioner Lloyd, seconded by Commissioner <br />Marshall to approve the Planning Board recommendation. <br />VOTE: UNANIMOUS. <br />
