A Notification <br />of Zoning Violation followed on November 20. In that letter, the Hills were cited for <br />violation of Section 4.3 Permitted Use Table (S50 Storage of Goods, Outdoor). The <br />property is zoned R-1 Rural Residential. Storage of Goods, Outdoors is not listed as a <br />permitted use in the R-1 zoning district. <br />The owner of the property at the time was Mrs. Minnie Hill, now deceased. She was <br />hospitalized at the time. Gary Hill, son of Mrs. Hill and resident of the home, was also <br />
