oz~ <br />,~ .~ <br />in the General Information Memorandum to the Board of County <br />Commissioners and the Planning Board of April 16, 1998, which <br />is attached. <br />RECOM1vIENDATIONS: <br />The Zoning Officer recommends approval of the rezoning based on <br />attached findings. <br />No decision on the application is made by either the Planning Board or <br />Board of County Commissioners at the public hearing. Instead, the <br />Planning Board has 60 days within which to prepare and submit <br />recommendations to the Board of Commissioners. Failure of the <br />Planning Board to submit recommendations within the required time <br />shall be considered as favorable recommendations, without conditions. <br />The Administration recommends that the proposed Zoning Atlas <br />amendments be referred to the Planning Board for recommendations to <br />be returned no sooner than August 18, 1998. <br />
