Pittman property (Tax Map No. 2.37..24A). The parcel lies 1060 feet <br />to the east of NC 86N and can be accessed at 3711 NC 86N which is <br />located approximately 3,100 feet north of the intersection with Lake <br />Orange Road (SR 1323) and approximately 3,200 south of the <br />intersection with Bradshear Road (SR 1547). The request is to rezone the <br />entire 10-acre parcel from AR Agricultural-Residential to AS <br />Agricultural Service. <br />The requested rezoning has been initiated to accommodate the <br />establishment of agricultural service uses permitted by the Orange <br />County Zoning Ordinance and to implement the Land Use Element of <br />the adopted Comprehensive Plan which categorizes the property as <br />Agricultural-Residential.
