2 <br />C <br />~-. <br />(X~ <br />Ordinance Requirements <br />Article 4.2 identifies the criteria <br />which will normally be used to <br />determine the application of a <br />zoning district designation. The <br />applicant has applied for an AS <br />Agricultural Service designation. <br />The criteria for that district are set <br />foNr in Article 4.2.11 and are as follows: <br />(a) The purpose of the AS District is to <br />provide sites in the rural portion of the <br />County for rural non-farm, non-residential <br />uses which support the horticultural, <br />silvacultural, and agricu{coral uses of <br />the AR districts. <br />(b) This district will usually be applied <br />where the following conditions exist: <br />1. Site is within areas designated by the adopted <br />Comprehensive Plan as Agricultural Residential. <br />2. Lot size for individual uses would be <br />appropriate to the method of water supply <br />and sewage disposal. <br />3.
