The request is to rezone a 2.03-acre portion of a 6.3-acre <br />pazcel owned by Wesley and Sharon Kay McAdams located at 4015 <br />Holly Hill Road (Tax Map No. 6.lA..IA) from AR Agricultural- <br />Residential to AS Agricultural Service. <br />The site is located in the Cane Creek Watershed, near the northwestern <br />boundary. The proposal meets the 2-acre minunum lot size fora non- <br />residential use in the watershed. A 12-percent limit on impervious <br />service also applies. <br />o~-~ <br />
