Chapel Hill High School -Cultural Art Building Renovation <br />Chapel Hill-Carrboro City Schools <br />Capital Project Ordinance <br />Project Number 6X-X.Z'Y-X.TGTGY <br />2 <br />Be it ordained by the Orange County Board of County Commissioners that pursuant to Sectioa 13.2 <br />of Chapter 159 of the General Statutes of North Carolina, the following capital project is hereby <br />adopted. <br />Section 1. The project authorized provides funds to renovate and upgrade the Chapel Hill High School <br />Cultural Arts Building built in 1977. This project will be financed with proceeds from 1997 <br />Local Bond Issue funds, transfers from general funds (sales tax previously allocated to other <br />CHCCS projects) and recurring capital budget. <br />Section Z.
