STATEMENT OF PURPOSE - REACTIVATED CABLE TV ADVISORY COMMITTEE <br />To approve the charge to the Cable TV Citizen Advisory <br />Committee and establish November i8, 1986 as the committee's reporting <br />deadline. The charge is as follows: <br />1. Request from Alert Cable TV an expansion proposal <br />outlining specific areas to be served and other <br />information deemed necessary by the Committee. <br />2. Review Alert Cable TV expansion proposal. In reviewing <br />proposal, the committee should consider criteria used in <br />reviewing Cable TV franchise proposals in 1979. <br />3. Recommend/draft standards by which an expansion request <br />(amendment) to a cable TV franchise may be considered by <br />the Board of Commissioners. <br />Motion was made by. Commissioner Marshall, seconded by Commissioner <br />Carey that the forgoing action be taken by the Board. <br />VOTE: UNANIMOUS. <br />I. ITEMS FOR DECISION <br />4. PANTRY AREA STUDY (A copy of the Study is in the permanent <br />agenda file in the Clerk's Office) <br />Marvin Collins presented for consideration of approval the <br />Pantry Area Study Land Use Plan. The Public Hearing was continued from <br />May 27, 1986 and June 16, 1986 to July 7, 1986 to receive the Town of <br />Hillsborough's recommendations. Collins reported that the Planning <br />Board and the Town Board on June 5 and June 9 respectively reviewed the <br />Pantry Area Study Land Use Plan and recommended approval. <br />Motion was made by Commissioner Carey, seconded by <br />Commissioner Marshall to adopt the Pantry Area Study as submitted. <br />VOTE: UNANIMOUS. <br />5. CHARTER MEADOWS - PRELIMINARY <br />-~ Marvin Collins presented for consideration of approval the <br />Pre- liminary Plan for Charter Meadows - Section Three. The property is <br />located on SR 1541 (Kiger Road) in Little River Township. It is <br />bordered by agricultural and residential development. The tract is <br />designated as Rural Residential on the Land Use Plan. Thirteen (13) <br />lots are proposed out of 14.22 acres. The Planning Board recommended <br />approval of the Preliminary Plan contingent upon the condition that <br />adjoining lot layout, names of adjoining property owners and <br />subdivisions be shown on the plat. . <br />Motion was made by Commissioner Lloyd, seconded by <br />Commissioner Carey to approve the Planning Board recommendation. <br />VOTE: UNANIMOUS. <br />6. BLUEBERRY HILL - PRELIMINARY <br />Marvin Collins presented for consideration of approval the <br />Preliminary Plan for Blueberry Hill Subdivision. The property is <br />located on SR 1102 (Dodsons Crossroads) in Bingham Township. The <br />property is bordered by agricultural and residential development as well <br />as "The Ranch" mobile home park. The tract is designated as Rural <br />Residential on the Land use Plan. Nine (9) lots are proposed out of <br />24.7 acres. The property is zoned Residential-1. <br />The Planning Board recommended approval of the Preliminary <br />Plan contingent upon two conditions: <br />(1) Property lines fallow a 10' x 70' sight triangle at the <br />intersection of Blueberry Lane and SR 1102 (note <br />Department of Transportation comment), and <br />(2) The developer consult the Orange County Recreation <br />Director prior to the development of the proposed park <br />
