Between The University of North Carolina <br />School of Dentistry for its <br />Department of Dental Ecology <br />And OCHD <br />Page 3 of 3 <br />9. The Health Department and The University of North Carolina hereby agree with The <br />School of Dentistry that, in its educational and/or employment practices The Health <br />Department will comply with such non-discrimination laws as may be applicable to it <br />in the performance of this Agreement. <br />10.
