Dick Wilkerson, Professor of Design at NC <br />State University was kind enough to come to this facility with his <br />assistant. He created a plan which shows before and after pictures for <br />a pocket park which would allow seating around the trees and a <br />continuation of the brick sidewalk up to the building. This was at no <br />charge to the County. <br />RECOMMENDATION: Refer to the Chapel Hill Appearance Commission as part <br />of the Skills Development Center application. <br />1 <br />
