Chapel Hill High School -Cultural Art Building Renovation <br />Chapel Hill-Carrboro City Schools <br />Capital Project Ordinance <br />Project Number 6X--X.L'Y X.ZGTGY <br />2 <br />Be it ordained by the Orange County Board of County Commissioners that pursuant to Section 13.2 <br />of Chapter 159 of the General Statutes of North Cazoiina, the following capital pmject is hereby <br />adopted. <br />Section I. The project authorized provides funds to renovate and upgrade the Chapel Hill High School <br />Cultural Arts Building built in 1977. This project will be financed with proceeds from 1997 <br />Local Bond Issue funds, transfers from general funds (sales tax previously allocated to other <br />CHCCS projects) and recurring capital budget. <br />Section 2. The officers of the County aze hereby directed to proceed with the project within the budget <br />contained herein. <br />Section 3. This ordinance shall remain in effect from Juiy 1, 1997 until June 30,.1998. <br />Adopted this 2nd day of June, 1998. <br />
