14 <br />STATE OF NORTH CAROLNA <br />COUNTY OF ORANGE <br />AGREEtiIEN'T BETWEEN <br />THE tJ~+TVERSITY OF NORTH CAROLIPTA AT CHAPEL HILL <br />SCHOOL OF DENTISTRY <br />FOR ITS <br />DEPARTMENT OF DENTAL ECOLOGY <br />Al~(D <br />ORAlvGE COUNTY HEALTH DEP.4RTitiIENT <br />.THIS AGREEi~i IT, made and entered into this the 1R day of July, 1998, by and between The <br />University of North Carolina at Chapel, School of Dentistry, for its Department of Dental <br />Ecology; and The Orange County Health Department hereinafter referred to as "The Health <br />Department". <br />WITNESSETH <br />WHEREAS, The Health Department desires the services of one faculty to duect the <br />Dental Service of the Orange County Health Department for the academic year 1998-99; <br />WHEREAS, The Health Department desires to reimburse The School of Dentistry for the <br />faculty's time commitment; <br />WHEREAS, The School of Dentistry will provide the services of one faculty to The <br />Health Department; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the premises and of the folIowino mutual _ <br />promises, covenants, and conditions, The School of Dentistry and The Health Department agree <br />as follows: <br />1. The Health Department will reimburse The School of Dentistry at the close of each <br />quarter for'/. (52,500.00) of 510,000. <br />
