Democratic Party. <br />A motion was made by Commissioner Lloyd to table this item and hold <br />a public hearing. <br />MOTION FAILED FOR LACK OF A SECOND. <br />A motion was made by Commissioner Carey, seconded by Commissioner <br />Marshall to adopt the resolution as proposed by the orange County Democratic <br />Party and that it be forwarded immediately to the legislative delegation. <br />
