The Board agreed and recommended that <br />enabling legislation be requested. It was decided that at the <br />November, 1954 election three candidates would be elected for <br />four -year terms and two would be elected for two -year terms and <br />that in the future all candidates would be elected to serve four - <br />year terms. <br />
