The Firm of Northen, Blue, Rooks, Thibaut, Anderson <br />and Woods, L.L.P. has represented the DSS for approximately 18 years. <br />Recommendation: <br />The Manager recommends approval of the Agreement for Fiscal Year 1998-99. <br />
