2 <br />Performance outcomes expected from this Contract are as follows: <br />• Provide vocational training for at least 27 Work First participants. <br />• Place 70% of Work First participants in employment of at least 30 hours per week. <br />• Place 70% of Work First participants in employment utilizing skills acquired at CET. <br />• Match job ready participants with mentors, as appropriate. <br />Recommendation: <br />The Manager recommends approval of the contract with CET. <br />
