DRAFT <br />MINUTES <br />HISTORIC PRESERVATION COMMISSION <br />May 27,1998 <br />Members Present: Tom Allison <br />Bob Rich <br />Patricia Samford <br />Cynthia Satterfield <br />Jean Anderson <br />Members Absent: None <br />Staff Present: Don Belk <br />AGENDA ITEM #1: CALL TO ORDER <br />Chairman Allison called the meeting to order at approximately 7:00 p.m. <br />AGENDA ITEM #2: CONSIDERATIONS OF ADDITIONS TO AGENDA <br />Belk asked to add discussion about holding the July HPC meeting. <br />AGENDA ITEM #3: APPROVAL OF; MINUTES <br />a. March 25,1998. <br />MOTION: Rich moved to approve the minutes of March 25, 1998. Seconded by <br />Satterfield. <br />VOTE: Unanimous. <br />AGENDA ITEM #4: CAAIIt COMMENTS <br />Allison remarked that this evening would be the last HPC meeting for Cynthia <br />Satterfield He thanked Cynthia for her dedication to the Commission and wished her all <br />the best in the future. <br />DRAFT ~ .. <br />16 <br /> <br />
