The current zoning is Agricultural Residential (AR) and Lower <br />Eno Protected Watershed. Adjacent land uses are residential. A 100 -foot AT &T <br />right -of -way crosses the property running east -west near the southern end of the <br />tract. AT &T anticipates reducing the right -of -way to 33 feet later this summer. <br />The total acreage of the tract is 38.34 acres. The site centers around a stream <br />valley created by an unnamed intermittent stream that flows north <br />approximately one mile to the Eno River. Primary conservation areas include <br />the stream and scattered slopes estimated to be over 25 percent. <br />
