A <br />The Planning Board approved the Concept Plan for Charles' Woods Subdivision <br />on May 15, 1995 before flexible development requirements. Phase 1 contained 15 <br />lots and was approved March 14, 1996. Phase 2 contained 12 lots and was <br />approved April 17, 1997. These are the last two phases of the approved Concept <br />Plan. The subdivision layout is the same as approved on the Concept Plan. Lot <br />lines have been adjusted to obtain Health Department approval. <br />On June 3, 1998 the Planning Board unanimously recommended approval of the <br />Preliminary Plan for Charles' Woods Phases 3 and 4 subject to the conditions <br />contained in the attached Resolution of Approval. <br />RECOMMENDATION: The Administration recommends approval of the Preliminary Plan for Charles' <br />Woods Phases 3 and 4 per the Planning Board recommendation. <br />
