It is zoned AR and L- ENO -PW and designated Agricultural <br />Residential and Lower Eno Protected Watershed in the Land Use Element of the <br />Comprehensive Plan. <br />The approved Concept Plan involved 52 lots with a total area of 81.2 acres <br />proposed to be subdivided. Phase 3 includes 31.33 acres with 5.49 acres in open <br />space. Eleven (11) lots are proposed which average 2.62 acres. Phase 4 includes <br />18.56 acres with 5.01 acres in open space. Nine (9) lots are proposed which <br />average 1.38 acres. All lots will have individual wells and septic tanks and all <br />roads are proposed to be public. Alex Drive will be the main road extending <br />northeast from Phase 1 and 2. Parker's Path will extend off Alex Drive in Phase 3 <br />and Crabtree Creek Road extends off Alex Drive in Phase 4. Alex Drive <br />intersected with Dumont Drive which is off the south side of Saint Mary's Road. <br />
