LEASE AGREEMENT <br />RENEWAL <br />NORTH CAROLINA <br />ORANGE COUNTY <br />Whereas, a lease agreement was made and entered into as of the 5th <br />day of July, 1985 by and between Efland Rescue Unit and Efland Volunteer Fire <br />Company, Inc., LESSOR, Party of the First Part, and Orange Co unty, LESSEE, <br />Party of the Second Part, for premises known as the Efland Rescue Unit Building <br />in Efland, North Carolina. <br />Whereas, the LESSOR and the LESSEE mutually agree to the following: <br />1. The lease agreement will be continued for a period of five (5) years <br />to commence at 12:01 a.m. on July 1, 1998 and terminate at 12:00 midnight on <br />June 30, 2003. <br />2. The County will continue to insure the building commensurate with <br />policies of insurance through the County Commissioners Insurance Pool; <br />3. Lessor or Lessee may terminate this lease upon ninety (90) days <br />written notice to the other. <br />4.
