i <br />e <br />Marshal, has indicated that such a plan is required for the Speedway and as a result service <br />contracts were developed between the Speedway and Orange County EMS (for emergency <br />medical services) and Caldwell Fire Department (for fire protection). Both of these agencies <br />are on site during any race event. <br />RECOMMENDATION: The Manager recommends that the Board approve the pyrotechnics <br />permit for Orange Speedway for their fireworks display to occur July 3, 1998; and authorize <br />the staff to sign off on the permit form as indicated. <br />
