These units would then be <br />rented to OPC-N1H severely and persirtendy mmWly ill diems sad OPC-MH will provide the <br />necesary support services to enure the successful indepeMem living. <br />In order to facJimte Ws program, the County as the lead adminirtrative entity for the Orwge County <br />HOME Consortium, would enter into the agrammt with Ormgo-Pason-Chatham Mrntal Health <br />Agency on behalf ofthe Conartium for tNS purpme. <br />RECOMMENDATION(S): <br />The Manger recommerAS authorivng the execution of Development Ageement with the Omnge- <br />Person-Chatham Mental Health Agency kr HOME funding available for renal property acquisition <br />and rehabilimtion in the Cowry on behdfofthe Orange Coumy HOME Consortium upon the <br />County Attomry's review and approval. <br />
