Memorandum fAgreement for Employee Assistance Poormm <br />This memorandum outlines the approved agreement between the Town of <br />Hillsborough and Orange County to include the Town of Hillsborough as a subgroup under <br />Orange County's contract with Human Affairs International for an Employee Assistance <br />Program (EAP). <br />1. General <br />The Town AlUllsborough accepts and will abide by the terms and conditions of <br />Orange Coumy's cithr w wuh Hlwran Affairs International. <br />2. Coverage <br />The Town oPJ611sborough`s ptannat t employees and their eligible dependents. <br />3. Period Covered <br />The coverage will extend from July 1, 1998 through June 30, 1999 unless the <br />County should terminate its PAP crammer with Human Affairs International prior to <br />this date. <br />4. Costs <br />The afmual SAP rate will increase from $1.80 to $1.82 per employee per month. <br />The estimated armed cost for Hillsborough's 72 employee is about $1,572 for <br />the period July I. 1998 through June 30, 1999. As agreed, the Town of <br />Hillsborough will pay Orange County in full at the beginning of the 1998 -99 [kcal <br />year.
