The neeE for <br /> a MRF was itlentifetl in an earlier report from Weston (Final Report, IntegrateE <br /> Solitl Waste Managemen[ SWdy, May 1996) antl [he In[egrated Solitl Waste <br /> Management Plan previously adopted by all participating govemments. <br /> The tliversion achievetl ihmugh the establishment and operation of a MRF will <br /> contribute ro e#entling Ne useful life of the existing lantlfill site by appmximately <br /> one year, based on the implemen[ation schetlule presentetl below.
