Rever Road <br />Hillsbarough, NC 27278 <br />Re: BellSouth Mobility DCS use of Oeaton Communications Tower Sites <br />Dear Mr. Kirk, <br />In early 1998, BellSouth Mobility DCS contracted with German Communications for the <br />construction and subsequent collocation on a number of telecommunications tower <br />facilities throughout North Carolina. Two such locations are located in Orange Country; <br />1) site reference number 368 -210A White Cut located at 1919 Hwy. 54 West, and 2) <br />site reference number 368-2113 Oaks located on Lloyd Town Road. <br />These two sites are critical to BellSouth Mobility DCS to complete contiguous coverage <br />along Hwy. 54 between our existing sites in Camboro and Alamance County.
