Lloyd, located on Lloyd Town Rd., Mebane, NC (TMS <br />a2421) <br />lo¢naucum <br />Gearon Communications and American Tower Systems have merged to become the nation's <br />premler,Silly integrated name development company (collectively - ATS/Gearrn"). It combines <br />the ownership and/or management of more than 1800 woven in ] 8 states with the ability to <br />provide build -m -suit networks, professional services, and faility management services. Over <br />the past six yeas, ATS /Gearon has acquired, for carriers, more than 8,045 sites in 48 states. This <br />includes sites for virtually every wireless provider in the country. <br />EM <br />Gearon Com =lcahom' facility will be compnsed ofa 2)0 lattice s ructure enclosed within a <br />100- x 100' lease area. The facility will be fenced and locked, ammued by an emement over a <br />private road from Lloyd Town Rd. A forty foot (40') landscape buffer will be installed to screen <br />the fence and equipment cabinets.
