LLC and E W P Management, Inc., we hereby <br />submit a rezoning application fora single -farm ly residential development referred <br />to as Lawrence Park <br />The site is 85.57 Acres located on the eastern side of Lawrence Road between <br />Business US Route 70 and Latmie Drive. The site has extended frontage on Law- <br />rence Road and limited frontage on Business US 70. <br />Caroust Coudidom <br />The subject site is about one -half fallow cropland (the wemem ha10 and about <br />one -lulf woodland, predominately deciduous. The cropland, visible from Law- <br />rence Road, is tressed in part by an intermittent saeam bordered by areas extend- <br />ing about 20 feet m either side of the shallow channel. <br />Across Lawrence Road to the west are single - family homes in the Colonial Hills <br />Subdivision (R -2 Zoning / one -half acre lots) and the Lawrence Road Baptist <br />Church. To the north of the she are homes on Iota facing onto Business US 70. <br />These lots are Zoned R -1, but are of varied size end shape due to their original <br />subdivision which divided the land into snips of land 25 f t wide by 300 feet <br />deep. <br />
