To reimbwse Orange County at a rate of $.40 cer van mile, $ 45 per minibus or bus <br />mile within 30 days after bilWig. <br />2. To complete all requirM vehicle operation reports aM submit weekly to the <br />Transportation Supervisor at 300 West Tryon Street. <br />5. To comply with ell appbcable fNeral regulation governing workplace soli-drug and <br />alcohol programs in the transit industry. The Federal Trensit Admiistration ofthe <br />U.S. Department of Transportation haz pubnsM1ed 49 CFR Pan 653 and Part 654, az <br />amended, that mandate urine drag rasing and breath alcohol testing for safety <br />sensitive posiions and prohibits perfomunce of safety unsitive functions when there <br />is a positive test result. <br />Page I oft <br />
